The E-Tec Saltwater Editions burn cleaner, run quieter and are built with virtually indestructible stainless steel parts and extensive DeepGuard® corrosion protection. Saltwater Editions use a stainless steel steering tube, steering arm, pivot shaft, drive shaft, prop shaft and fasteners. Evinrude Direct Injection The big Evinrude V-6's now deliver up to 40% more low-end torque than competitive four strokes. Besides more torque, the Direct Injection outboards also deliver more power strokes translating into quicker acceleration and faster top-end speed.
