Follow Roosevelt Blvd for about a half a mile and you will see All Seasons Marina on the left. You will need to make a right turn, however, just before the bridge that goes into Ocean City, and follow the road around under the bridge to the entrance of the Marina.

Heading North on the Garden State Parkway also take Exit 25 but turn right at the end of the exit ramp and follow the directions above.

From Ocean City come over the 34th Street bridge and make your first possible right hand turn and come into the Marina.

Heading South on the Intracoastal Waterway we are conveniently located on the right at red channel marker 282 just before the tall 34th Street Bridge.

Heading North on the Intracoastal you will see us on the left just after you pass under the tall 34th Street Bridge. You can hail us on channel 16 or simply pull up to our fuel dock and we will direct you from there.
